Matthews Turf Management
July 2026 Advertising Report

Period: July 1 – 31, 2026 Channels: Google (YouTube) & Meta Report date: August 9, 2026

The short version

Both campaigns launched partway through July rather than on the 1st, so the full month's budget didn't get spent. That's expected for a mid-month launch — and importantly, none of it is lost.

July Budget
$1,600
$600 YouTube + $1,000 Meta
July Spend
$1,134
71% of budget used
Rolling Into August
$466
Added to August's spend
What "rolling into August" means: the $466 that didn't get spent in July isn't gone — it's added on top of August's normal budget. Every dollar you've committed to this account gets used, just on a slightly delayed schedule.

Website & lead tracking

Context for the lead numbers below.

Alongside the ad campaigns, we spent July finishing call and form-fill tracking on Matthews Turf Management's new website. That tracking went live in August — so July's numbers reflect real traffic and engagement, but not tracked leads, since the system to capture them wasn't fully wired up yet. Starting August 1, every form submission and every phone call originating from these ads is now being logged and attributed back to the campaign that drove it.

On the 0 tracked leads above: as covered in the Website & Lead Tracking note earlier, call and form tracking wasn't fully live yet in July — so this reflects a tracking gap, not a performance issue. Leads started showing up in the data on August 1.

What this means for August

Nothing about your monthly commitment changes. Both platforms will spend their normal August budget plus the amount rolled forward from July, spread evenly across the rest of the month:

  • YouTube is already pacing at the adjusted rate to spend the full $874.93 available ($600 August budget + $274.93 rollover) by August 31.
  • Meta's $191.07 rollover is confirmed and will be folded into its August pacing the same way.
